Tamar Valley Brewery & Distillery Tour
Take a trip with us through Launceston and the picturesque Tamar Valley and we’ll take you to see some of our hand selected distilleries, breweries and cider makers. You’ll get a chance to go behind the scenes to learn about the making and careful ageing of whisky. We’ll also show you around a brewhouse and a lovely organic cidery.

A trip to Launceston isn’t complete without a drive through the Tamar Valley. Join us as we explore Tasmanian Single Malt in one of the state’s oldest aviation buildings, then return to Launceston for a guided tour of a craft brewery followed by a selection of wood-fired pizzas for lunch. Then it’s off to the Tamar Valley to try some of the most awarded gin in Australia and very rare cider made in the champagne method!
WHEN
This tour operates every Saturday and Sunday and runs for approximately five hours.
MEET
We will meet at Prince's Square, on the corner of Elizabeth and St. John Streets at 11am.
LUNCH
Lunch is included in your tour and will be at Du Cane Brewery. Please notify us of any dietary requirements.
FINISH
You will be dropped back at Prince's Square around 4pm.

The Brew Hop Tours are all inclusive, so all lunch, tastings and transport are included as part of your tour. We can also assist with hotel transfers, please get in touch with us ahead of time so we can organise.
This tour requires a minimum of four guests to proceed, we will advise you should this not be the case. The itinerary may be subject to change.
Please remember to wear comfortable, closed in shoes as we will be visiting a working distillery floor. Also, make sure to check the weather in case you need an umbrella or a warm jacket as we can have all four seasons in one day!
