JOIN US!

Take a tour with us through the Northern suburbs of Hobart and beyond into the Derwent Valley, home of Tasmania’s hop growing industry. We’ll head deep into the valley to visit one of the oldest craft breweries in the state on a farm in Hayes, then back South to New Norfolk, where the only Tasmanian rum distillery is plying their trade in a decommissioned mental hospital. Upon returning to Hobart, a tour of a modern gin and whisky distillery will be followed by a selection of top quality lagers brewed on equipment that looks like a Cold War relic.
